    Your vidio is really helpful and content you covered is very importent for any professional.
    I want to know one thing, Because of the current situation(recession) most of the companies offering job on the contractual basis ,in that case we need to swithch the job and find other,and even for the permanent employees too.
    its very bad to change the job so many time but what the person can do if its tenure is over(for contractual persons) or company said to resign for staff (permanent employee),
    so advice about how to represent the CV so the Requiter can understand our problem
